(1) Vendor needs to provide permit processing support services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA. 1. Environmental air permitting:– Develop and draft title V operating permits and supporting documents.– Develop and draft non–title V permits and supporting documents.– Perform toxic air pollutant evaluations.– Review and evaluate air dispersion modelling analyses.2. Environmental water permitting:– Perform receiving stream characterization and prepare memoranda of results according to approved methods.– Evaluate antidegradation demonstrations and mixing zone analyses.– Prepare draft public notices, fact sheets/statement of basis, basis for decision, and response to comments documents.3. Solid waste permitting and other authorizations:– Develop and draft letters of deficiency or other documents detailing the results of review of the applications; draft solid waste permits and supporting documents such as fact sheets, public notices, and other supporting documents in accordance with the solid waste permitting process, and based on review of applications and information submitted to agency.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
