(1) Vendor needs to provide indirect cost analysis service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.         – To develop central services cost allocation plans and indirect cost rate proposals for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, 2023, & 2024 with the option for each of the two subsequent fiscal years (2025 & 2026).• Full Cost Allocation Plan• Uniform Guidance Cost Allocation Plan• Indirect Cost Rates• Review Current Methodology• Reporting• Special Considerations• Working Paper Retention & Access(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
