(1) Vendor needs to provide grant strategist services.– Provide grant writing services and to offer grant coordination and strategy services on a contractual basis.– Identify and research grant opportunities, prepare grant applications, maintain grant–related documentation, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.– Grant Research & Identification– Identify and research funding opportunities from federal, state, local, and private sources.– Grant Proposal Development– Collaborate with agency staff to prepare and write grant proposals.– Grants Management & Compliance– Maintain and update grants management software.– Monitor and track application deadlines, reporting requirements, and other key deadlines.– Maintain accurate records of all grant–related documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
