(1) Vendor needs to provide event photography services. • Photographers must submit and/or produce a background check.• Provide certificate of insurance.• Submit outline of pricing for services including “media days“, senior banners, gameday photos.• Provide digital photos to the school, free of charge, to be used for yearbook, social media promotions, agency and school websites.• Multiple Photographers may be chosen to provide this service to our schools.• $250 one–time yearly fee to be paid to the agency for photography privileges.• Services are for the 2026/2027 school year but may be extended to future school years.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2026.
