Vendor needs to provide operator certification system.– Solution is a role–based web application that would allow for the management of the entire operator certificate issuance process, including training and facility management. – web application is built on a Microsoft tech stack that can be hosted in a State environment or in our Azure Cloud environment. – Requirements gathering and initial backlog development– Environment set up (Work with IT team)– Application development or configuration – Multiple Phases– Convert the database from SQL server to Postgresql– Interfaces– Data Conversion and Migration– System UAT setup in test environment and vendor testing– Staff and End–User Training
