Description
Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide the design and production of 3,000 challenge coins for Sarasota County's 2024 Hurricane Season. The County has provided coin descriptions and details for the design concept in the attachments section. Upon issuance of a Purchase Order, the selected Vendor will create and provide a proof to the County for review and approval. Once approved, 3,000 Sarasota County 2024 Hurricane Season challenge coins will be produced and delivered by Vendor to the Sarasota County Emergency Operations Center, 6050 Porter Way, Sarasota, FL 34232 within a mutually agreed upon timeframe.
