Description
The Department of Public Works (Department) is seeking On-Call Moving Services on an 'as-needed' basis to furnish the necessary labor, materials, equipment/tools, transportation, etc., as fully required to complete the move of furniture, files and office contents for a variety of projects in the County of San Mateo's facilities from their existing locations into new spaces within the County. The Department is considering entering into multiple “on-call" agreements, each with an aggregate fiscal obligation not to exceed $200,000 per contract during a maximum individual term of five (5) years. Separate projects/assignments under each agreement will be issued a Task Order/Work Authorization, as warranted.
