Southwestern Community College - Driver Training

The purpose of this procurement is to install a fully operational, professionally graded, and paved driver training range facility that will support the specialized instructional needs of the college’s Commercial Driver's License (CDL) truck driving school, Law Enforcement Driver Training (LEDT) program, and motorcycle safety courses. The final project must ensure robust load-bearing capacity, proper water drainage, skid resistance, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for accessible training areas, the North Carolina Building Code, and all other relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
