(1) Vendor needs to provide broadband equity access, deployment and implementation solution. – Provide monitoring, compliance, multi–agency coordination, and federal reporting services pertaining to both deployment and non–deployment Broadband Equity Access Deployment (BEAD) projects.– BEAD program includes two primary components, including the administration of funds for broadband deployment and non–deployment projects.– Provide on–going technical software support.– Dedicated technical assistance representative to work directly with grant program officers on program requirements (e.g., risk management, compliance assessments, expenditure tracking, data and document collection, 2 CRF 200 support, etc.).– Review and reconcile programmatic information as well as expenditure information from subgrantee reports, support resolution of any discrepancies through recommendations that align with industry’s best practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
