(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services for upcoming construction projects to the government authority located in St. Charles, MO.- Reconstruction of heritage school on the existing site- Demolition of existing heritage school - Renovation of the academy building on the Heritage Site - Comprehensive renovation of high school - Comprehensive renovation of middle school with storm shelter addition- Preconstruction services: estimating methodology, GMP development, and open–book accounting- Constructability and value engineering during design- Construction phase management: communication, scheduling, and cost control- Occupied school construction: phasing strategy, safety protocols, and coordination- Subcontractor bidding and procurement, including goals for local and diverse trade participation- Use of virtual construction and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project), and project management platforms(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
