Vendor needs to provide pharmacy cultural humility and cultural awareness training program service to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. – To develop a comprehensive cultural humility and cultural awareness training program for pharmacy staff serving communities.– The requirement will include the development of four training modules, each a minimum of 60 minutes in length, addressing the following general subject areas:• Foundations of Cultural Awareness; • Culturally Respectful/Safe Engagement; • Culturally Responsive/Safe Pharmacy Practice; and • Allyship, Trust–Building, and Community Partnership. – For activities including instructional design and content development; collaboration with IHS subject matter experts and stakeholders; development of interactive and video–based training content; assessment tools; compliant materials; agency–compatible course content; PowerPoint and video deliverables; and related training materials.
