SW-121700 - USA (Rhode Island) - Cloud-Based Alert Warning and Notification System - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based alert warning and notification system to establish a unified, multi–tenant platform that grants access to a statewide tenant, all thirty–nine (39) municipalities, recognized tribal nations, and seven (7) core state agencies, with expected user count between 50–700 users.– Provide a commercial–off–the–shelf (COTS) or a Software as a Service (SAAS) product mass notification and communication system that leverages secure and modern communication method to issue AWNs.– This system must balance localized, municipal–level control for targeted community notifications with centralized state–level oversight for high–level, mass–dissemination authorities.– A disparate patchwork of AWN protocols, methods, and software platforms across various state, local, and tribal jurisdictions.– The system must support the Integrated public alert and warning system (IPAWS) capability, including the wireless emergency alerts (WEA) and the emergency alert system (EAS).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
