HEALTH-10385 - USA (Burkeville, Virginia) - Dental and Denture Services, Optional Audiology, Optometry and Podiatry Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dental and denture services, optional audiology, optometry and podiatry services to the government authority located in Burkeville, VA. – Provide residents with dental care. Offeror shall hold a clinic at the facility at preapproved intervals that shall be determined by mutual agreement between the agency and successful offeror.– Perform services within the standards of practice as mutually agreed and negotiated.– Provide services to residents that are consistent with the quality and availability of services provided to all other residents to whom services are provided.– Assume full responsibility for the applicable medical care related to dental procedures care delivered and the Commonwealth shall not be liable for any acts of omission, negligence, and/or medical malpractice related to actions of the Contractor.– Consent & Privacy Compliance: Demonstrate strict operational frameworks for navigating HIPAA data privacy and state laws governing mental capacity, informed consent, and surrogate healthcare decision–making.– Provide sedation and dental treatment in an operatory within a dental clinic.– Clinical Fabrication: Execute the entire prosthetic lifecycle on–site, including initial alginate impressions, custom tray border moldings, bite registrations, wax tryins, and final insertions.– Rapid On–Site Repairs: Perform minor denture adjustments, clasp repairs, and tooth re–attachments in the facility clinic.– The selected Contractor shall provide all clinical personnel, specialized portable diagnostic equipment, ophthalmic materials, and laboratory services.– The selected Contractor shall provide all clinical personnel, specialized mobile podiatric instruments, materials, and orthotic/prosthetic laboratory services.– Contractor shall provide onsite audiology services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) An Optional pre–proposal conference will be held on July 13, 2026.
