CONS-23074 - USA (Glenwood Springs, Colorado) - Property Abatement and Demolition Service - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property abatement and demolition service to the government authority located in Glenwood Springs, CO.– The Project shall include:• Minor asbestos spill cleanup• Asbestos abatement of roofing, flooring, texture, window glazing, flue sealant, automotive clutches, and toilet putty• Structural demolition– The project consists of asbestos abatement (removal) of roofing tar, roofing shingles and minor spill impacting exterior soils, vinyl floor tile, texture, window glazing, flue sealant, automotive clutches, and toilet putty as detailed in the Base Bid scope–of–work, and proper delivery to an approved landfill that accepts asbestos–containing waste.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–Proposal Walkthrough will be held on August 13, 2026.
