(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel service to the government authority located in Winslow, NJ. • Legal Opinions: Render legal opinions as to the legality of the bonds being issued, including tax–exempt status when applicable.• Continuing Disclosure: Assist with ongoing compliance with any continuing disclosure agreements applicable to bonds issued pursuant to federal law.• Project Coordination: Actively coordinate with financial advisors, underwriters, and the Township’s financial departments to ensure all aspects of the bond issuance are handled coherently and efficiently.• Public Financing Guidance: Provide guidance on the most beneficial financing models available to the Township, drawing on creative financial solutions tailored to the needs of the community.• Meetings: Attend meetings, as requested, with the Township’s governing body, bond financing committees, or public agencies to present bond proposals.• Legal Research: Conduct necessary legal research to support strategic decision–making by municipal officials regarding bond issuance strategies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
