(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services for chief of police to the government authority located in Kansas, MO. – Provide executive search services to support the identification and selection of the agency. – The search shall be national in scope.– Consultant will leverage the tools and technologies necessary to yield an ideal match for this position.– Tools and technology may include established networks, industry–specific marketing, social media, professional associations, digital resources, and other methods to help identify and source candidates.• Phases:– Design, develop, and publish the list of critical issues for the purpose of informing community stakeholders in advance.– Create and utilize various methods for receiving community and stakeholder input regarding the next Chief of Police.– Analyze and create a report.– Solicit candidates for the position of Chief of Police, using the information gathered to describe the position to applicants.– Receive applications and, working with the Board, arrive at a list of the three most qualified candidates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
