(1) Vendor needs to provide water resources training services that support water resources staff in obtaining and maintaining regulatory certifications, continuing education units, and operational competency to the government authority located in Mesa, AZ.• Delivery of safety, environmental, technical, and professional development courses relevant to water and wastewater operations.• Provision of qualified instructors and all necessary instructional training materials (including handouts, videos, name tags, sign–in sheets, name tents, class and props/demonstration equipment [safety cones for traffic control training, harnesses for fall protection training, etc.]) required for the training.• Delivery of training in flexible formats (e.g., classroom, virtual, onsite) as appropriate for operational needs.• Maintenance of accurate training records, including CEUs and certificates of completion, in accordance with regulatory standards.• Ensuring all training content is high quality, timely, accurate, and compliant with current regulatory requirements.• Immediate correction of any performance issues identified by the city.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
