(1) Vendor needs to provide professional title abstracting services to the government authority located in Okatie, SC.– Provide professional title abstracting services for property acquisition and easement preparation associated with the repair and/or installation of water and wastewater assets within the system– Services include:• Research and review of property information• Identification of any title–related issues• Title searches to cover 40 years prior to the vesting deed for Residential properties• Title searches to cover 60 years prior to the vesting deed for Commercial properties– Deliverables:• Abstract Summary Sheets• Abstracts of Title for each property (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
