(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual equipment upgrades services to the government authority located in Salem, MA.– Decommission the existing legacy hardware system and implement a robust, commercial–grade hybrid solution suitable for public municipal meetings, presentations, and remote participant collaboration. – Current system is approximately 8 years old and relies strictly on wireless screencast and in–room presentation capabilities.– Ceiling–mounted projector and drop–down projection screen.– Wireless microphone system.– Physical wall plate inputs (HDMI and legacy VGA connections).– Commercial DVD player.– Wall–mounted iPad controller connected to system network switches.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
