(1) Vendor needs to provide festival and marketplace planning project service. • Consultant to plan and develop partnerships for two complementary cultural tourism initiatives launching in Fall 2027:• Pono Pledge Integration (applies to both initiatives)• Website Development Plan (unified platform for both)• Goals, Objectives, and Economic Impact Framework• Event Execution Transition Package• Marketplace Layout, Operations, and Programming Plan• Sponsorship and Sustainability Strategy• Create a platform for sustainable cultural tourism that uplifts communities• Develop a marketplace that elevates made products and creative entrepreneurs• Deliver comprehensive planning documentation ready for event execution• Align with regenerative tourism principles and County economic development priorities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
