(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment psychological testing services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide Pre–Employment Psychological Testing Services for new hire Probation Officer Candidates.– Responsible for method of testing, whether in–person or virtual, and securing any necessary testing space and/or subscriptions for administration of any virtual services. – Responsible for scheduling candidates for pre–employment psychological testing and completing such testing.– Responsible for method of testing, whether in–person or virtual, and securing any necessary testing space and/or subscriptions for administration of any virtual services. – The administering professional would conduct a structured interview process for each candidate, utilizing a standard framework of questions for the interviews, additional questions may also be used based on the interaction with the candidate during the interview. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
