Vendor needs to provide third–party professional management services to the government authority located in Eagle Pass, TX.– Provide comprehensive third–party professional management, operational, business development, and sports tourism services.– Establish a professional, accountable, efficient, and business–oriented management structure for these important community assets.– Intends to improve facility conditions and daily operations, strengthen financial performance, increase facility utilization and earned revenues, enhance customer service, and expand opportunities for tournaments, regional competitions, golf events, camps, clinics, showcases, leagues, and other recreational and visitor–generating activities.– Manage and oversee the daily operations of both facilities and establish appropriate management presence and accountability at each location.– Develop and implement written standard operating procedures, opening and closing procedures, internal controls, and best management practices.– Evaluate current operations and recommend organizational, staffing, financial, customer–service, and operational improvements.– Develop short–term and long–term operating plans and measurable performance objectives.– Ensure both facilities are safe, clean, professional, efficient, properly maintained, and customer–focused.– Protect and properly manage agency assets, equipment, inventory, facilities, and financial resources.– Identify operational deficiencies and promptly implement or recommend corrective actions.– Development and implementation of standard operating procedures and internal controls.– Financial oversight, budgeting, revenue management, and cost–control strategies.– Facility, equipment, inventory, and asset management.– Preventive maintenance and facility–condition planning.– Personnel and organizational recommendations.
