(1) Vendor needs to provide regional street outreach services.• Coordinate street outreach services with appropriate jurisdictions in their encampment resolutions actions.• Provide street outreach services that are congruent with the encampment resolution policies and procedures of the jurisdictions in coordination with and agreement of the county.• Participate in regular and special jurisdictional case conferencing and coordination meetings.• Provide homelessness diversion to all clients as a first priority strategy to expeditiously end the client’s homelessness.• Utilize trauma–informed and culturally responsive engagement strategies.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
