Vendor needs to provide staff survey services. – Design and conduct a staff survey of approximately 1,700 Organization International Civilians across all 20 Organization duty locations in 2026 and 2028.– This includes the analysis and interpretation of the results.– The Contractor shall also perform the analysis of the methodology used for the previous iteration of the Organization Staff Survey and assess the results comparatively (if technically valid) or identify the limitations to the use of the data.• The design and implementation of the 2026 and 2028 Organization Staff Surveys;• Data collection from all Organization staff across all duty locations;• The conduct of a representative number of semi–structured interviews with staff members to reach conclusions. The delivery method shall be Video Teleconferencing (VTC). The Contractor shall develop insightful questions for the interviews.• The assessment and analysis of the survey results and presentation to relevant Organization teams. The first session shall be held with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the final session with the Executive Management Board.• The comparison of the results with previous Organization Staff Surveys, if statistically sound;• The reporting of the findings and recommendations.• The surveys shall allow extended time for answering for inclusive purposes.
