(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation facilities master plan development service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Prepare a transportation facilities master plan to guide capital investments in agency–owned transportation operations, maintenance, storage and support facilities over the next decade. – Provide all professional, technical, analytical, planning and facilitation services necessary to complete the transportation facilities master plan.• Project management and coordination and TCDI administration• Facility inventory and existing conditions assessment• Operational needs and facility capacity assessment• Facility improvement and strategic alternatives• Facilitate resilience and long–term performance• Capital needs and planning–level cost estimates• Capital investment prioritization and implementation strategy• Public engagement, and stakeholder and departmental coordination• Transportation facilities master plan(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
