EXTRA-77900 - USA (North Little Rock, Arkansas) - Environmental Review and Environmental Site Assessment Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental review and environmental site assessment services to the government authority located in North Little Rock, AR. – The Contractor shall prepare environmental review documentation and environmental site assessments for residential properties.– The Contractor shall prepare each deliverable in a form the Responsible Entity can adopt, shall respond to the Responsible Entity's comments at no additional charge where the comment identifies a deficiency in the Contractor's work, and shall attend meetings with the Responsible Entity and HUD when the Agency requests.– The Contractor shall prepare the Section 106 review package under 36 CFR Part 800, including the area of potential effects, identification of historic properties, the effect determination, and the consultation correspondence with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program, and shall support the Responsible Entity through consultation to conclusion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
