Phase 3A consists of several sections of State Road 399 on Navarre Beach around the intersection of Gulf Blvd. and the Navarre Beach Causeway (shown on map phase 3a) and phase 3b consisting of State Road 399 Navarre Beach from Paradise Point Drive to Utility Drive (shown on map Phase 3b). The project consists of landscape and irrigation design, including preparation of landscaping and irrigation plans and specifications to use for bidding and construction. Plans should have the same look, feel and flow as the ones we had for Phase 1 and 2. Those prior phase plan documents are attached for reference. All submissions shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Competitive Consultant Negotiations Act.
