CONS-22750 - USA (Manchester, New Hampshire) - Modular Classroom Relocation Project Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide modular classroom relocation project services to the government authority located in Manchester, NH.– Coordinating the relocation and reinstallation of the modular building, reconnecting utilities at the new site, and completing all work necessary to support occupancy.– Site preparation package including, but not limited to, site demolition, earthwork, grading, utility extensions and connections, electrical service, temporary fencing, foundations, and other associated site improvements required to receive the modular classroom building.– Modular relocation package including dismantling, transportation, reassembly, utility reconnections, testing and commissioning, coordination of all required inspections, and completion of all work necessary to obtain a certificate of occupancy for the receiving school site.– Reserves the right to include additional modular classroom building relocation projects under this procurement as they become available.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
