CONS-23343 - USA (Maryland) - Architectural, Engineering and Site Development Design Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering and site development design service to the government authority located in Maryland.– Full design services for a mixed use (office, warehouse, classroom, training, etc) governmental, commercial, or industrial facility with a minimum square footage of 25,000sqft. – Evaluation, design, and construction engineering services of prefabricated metal buildings. – Projects permitted in the State of Maryland. – Site Design services for commercial/industrial sites which include multiple structures and multiple uses. – The lead Project Manager shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years project management and design experience in site development.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
