(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management services to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR. – Required to enter into a non–exclusive contract with the city for investing of a portion of the city’s operating funds.– Include a provision for third party custodial services; delivery versus payment provisions; settlement procedures; term of agreement; termination and rescission provisions; insurance requirements; and other provisions considered necessary and advisable.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
