(1) Vendor needs to provide visitors guide distribution services. – Provide distribution and fulfilment services for the city’s annual visitors guide.– Receive, securely store, inventory, and distribute approximately 100,000 copies of the visitors guide to specified and targeted visitor–information locations throughout state and surrounding states.– Ensure that the visitors guide is consistently available to prospective visitors and travelers at high traffic visitor information centers, hotels, attractions, chambers of commerce, welcome centers, businesses, and other locations with brochure racks or comparable visitor–information displays.– Safely unload, handle, and store the guides in a clean, dry, secure, and accessible facility.– Maintain the guides in saleable or distributable condition and protect them from moisture, damage, loss, theft, or deterioration.(2) The contract period will be for ten years.
