(1) Vendor needs to provide credit brokerage services to the government authority located in California.– Project data collection. Collect all data required for to register EV Chargers, report on credits, and meet any other requirements– Develop standard operating procedures to document the processes required to collect data, purchase and transfer RECs, and generate and sell credits,– Data collection begins 15 days after contract execution, and is ongoing.– Remittance of Net Proceeds, with a settlement statement for each Transaction– Advising services, including cost and net proceeds projections.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
