(1) Vendor needs to provide employee wellness clinic operation and administration service to the government authority located in Denton, TX. – Provide primary care, preventive health, wellness, and related services, as well as non–DOT drug and alcohol testing for designated agency job applicants. • Equipment, supplies, and clinic support• Primary care services• Human resources – pre–employment drug testing (Non–DOT Only)• Separation of wellness services and occupational health services• Health maintenance and preventive services• Comprehensive Health Review (CHR)• Lifestyle risk reduction• Disease management• Integrated health engagement technology platform: provide an integrated health engagement technology platform that includes:– Electronic medical record (EMR)– Secure online scheduling and messaging– Personal health records with wellness scores, trackers, and educational content• Reporting and analytics.• Support participant engagement through planned communications and promotional activities.• Behavioral health counseling services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting and site visit will be held on August 10, 2026.
