(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive HIV and STD prevention services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– To control and prevent the spread of HIV and sexually transmitted diseases (STD), monitor HIV/AIDS and STD morbidity and mortality, increase access to care for those in need, and eliminate sexual health inequalities.– Prompt identification and treatment of people with HIV and STDs remain a public health priority. Community–based HIV and STD service delivery providers are needed to facilitate access to high–quality, client–centered HIV and STD services.• Clinic–Based Prevention Services• Non–Clinic–Based Prevention Services• High Impact Prevention Services(2) A virtual pre–bid conference will be held on November 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be four years.
