EXTRA-72680 - USA (Golden, Colorado) - Weatherization Manager Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide weatherization manager services to the government authority located in Golden, CO.   – Complete preliminary walkthroughs for homes selected for weatherization services to identify insufficiencies prior to weatherization.– Work with an energy auditing entity to schedule intro & exit audits for each homeowner. – Create an estimate/quote of retrofits to be done for each home along with material & labor costs. – Communicate with energy auditing entity/specialist to ensure that work is not duplicated.– Procure & subcontract with contactors & technicians for specialized work.– Oversee procurement of materials/tools needed for weatherization work.– Complete weatherization work.– Complete post–weatherization home walkthroughs to inspect work for correctness.– Oversee the completion of weatherization retrofits by contract expiration date(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
