EQU-19017 - USA (Stillwater, Oklahoma) - UPS Batteries Replacement Service - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide UPS batteries replacement service to the government authority located in Stillwater, OK. – Update to a DC power module on an Eaton Corp. GE TLE Series 225kVA Model UPS, S/N– AS2250–3815 B121A, consisting of 1 string of batteries (240 batteries total), each battery equivalent to energy system DATASAFE DDM 50–17 UPS battery. – Validate that the UPS System (UPS and DC Power Module) operates properly before any change to new DC Power Module.– Cover the entry hallway with Masonite or other floor covering to protect the floor from rolling weights.– Provide work report dated and showing UPS System was in normal operation when work started and in normal operation when work complete.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.
