(1) Vendor needs to provide penetration test engagement service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Provide penetration testing and red team testing in alignment with recognized industry standards and methodologies.– This engagement will assess the effectiveness of security controls, identify exploitable weaknesses, and validate the port’s ability to prevent, detect, respond to, and recover from realistic cyberattack scenarios.– Testing will include internal and external assessments across multiple networks and firewalls, cloud–exposed services, remote access pathways, and identity and access controls.– Engagement will evaluate risks related to unauthorized access, lateral movement, privilege escalation, segmentation bypass, misconfiguration, exposed services, weak authentication, ineffective monitoring, and business process weaknesses.– Provide clear evidence of findings, documented attack paths, business impact analysis, prioritized remediation recommendations, and retesting support, as applicable, to validate successful remediation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
