(1) Vendor needs to provide prioritization process pilot program services to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. – Develop and implement a publicly accessible, transparent prioritization process for the ranking and selection of projects for inclusion in short–range and long–range transportation plans.– Develop a data–driven, transparent, and automated prioritization tool to support the agency's prioritization processes.– The tool will evaluate, score, and rank transportation projects using measurable criteria aligned with federal, state, regional, and local goals to bridge geospatial evaluation with community needs.– The tool will include a public–facing interface where local agencies and community members can understand how projects are prioritized and allow partners to submit project applications and test project concepts prior to formal submittal. • Project management and administration.• Stakeholder and public engagement.• Prioritization framework review and enhancement.• Data strategy and dataset development.• Software development and system architecture.• Testing, validation and performance evaluation.• Documentation, training and user support.• Implementation and transition to operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 15, 2026.
