(1) Vendor needs to provide arc flash study services to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA.– The Consultant shall clearly identify and provide a comprehensive list of all data, documentation, and field information required to complete a technically sound arc flash study, including equipment attributes, operating conditions, and system configurations.– Model normal and alternative operating configurations, where applicable. – Establish system operating scenarios consistent with facility operations. – Provide electronic copies of all study models, input/output files, and calculation databases. – Provide updated single–line diagrams (PDF and native format, if applicable). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
