(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional items and materials service. – Provide and deliver branded promotional materials that support agency programs and its departments’ service initiatives and public events. – Provide a variety of customizable items, offer design support when needed, and ensure timely delivery.– Branded promotional products and materials including to pens, notepads, mugs, water bottles and other miscellaneous drink wear, bags and totes, sunscreen, lip balm, hand sanitizer and other miscellaneous health items, beach balls, frisbees and other miscellaneous small toys, tablecloths, pop–up display banners, name tags, and other event materials.– The branded promotional items and apparel provided under the contracts will be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties that the Contractor provides to customers for any such items and apparel.– A comprehensive branded promotional material that support county programs for the communications and public relations department.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
