(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. • Provide depository and custodial accounts for banking and investing activities. • Provide a zero–balance fare revenue open payments account which electronic receipts will be credited.• Provide a zero–balance fare revenue website/mobile ticketing account which electronic receipts will be credited• Provide a zero–balance Payroll Account from which all payroll checks will be written.• The Bank shall also block unauthorized debits and checks paid from this account; agency will provide any origins authorized for direct debit(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
