The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision of various John Meunier brand Influent Screens and associated parts to support operations at its Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) and Lift and Pumps stations. This procurement is intended to establish a long-term supply agreement with a vendor authorized to distribute John Meunier products within the Calgary region. The objective of this RFQ is to secure a reliable source for like-for-like replacements and critical spare parts that ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and support ongoing maintenance and lifecycle requirements. The successful respondent will demonstrate the ability to provide genuine John Meunier components, meet delivery expectations, and maintain pricing transparency throughout the contract term.
