Vendor needs to provide software development resources and services.1. To provide software development team supplementation and augmentation:– To extend the internal IT team with developers, engineers, architects, delivery leads, QA/SDET, DevOps/SRE, UX, and data engineers – with flexible ramp–up/down, time–to–supply SLAs, and knowledge transfer as default.2. To assist with application and database migration and modernisation:– Plan, assess, migrate, and modernise applications and databases.3. AI and emerging technologies Integration:– To assist and advance digital strategy, including evidence on how the tenderer has leveraged AI previously.– Aligns solutions and platforms with enterprise strategy, standards and roadmaps; governs portfolio–level decisions and ensures cross–programme coherence.– Evaluate cloud migration architecture, application and database cloud migration. Designs landing patterns, connectivity, identity, governance and platform capabilities to host applications and data workloads in Azure.– Leads strategy–to–run delivery of AI systems, provides leadership on end–to–end architecture, data and retrieval design, responsible AI and secure cloud foundations.– Designs end–to–end customer experience and services across channels, aligning journeys, processes and supporting systems to deliver value.
