The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority ('JTA' or 'Authority') to award a Sole Source Contract to Novus Notions, LLC. for PolicyIQ (PIQ) for maintaining a cloud-based Governance, Risk, and Compliance solution that automates the process of authoring, publishing, communicating, testing, and continually revising content. This system serves as the repository for all of JTA's policies, procedures, work instructions, and internal audit documents. This software encompasses all aspects of the audit process management. It should also automate the approval process for all business documents based on predetermined workflows. All questions or concerns regarding this Sole Source must be submitted on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/jtafla under the “ Question and Answe r ”, tab or contact the Procurement Department at procurement@jtafla.com . All responses to questions will be uploaded to the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal.
