(1) Vendor needs to provide legacy initiative program manager and multidisciplinary technical assistance services to the government authority located in Decatur, GA.• Provide organizations to serve as the program manager and to coordinate a multidisciplinary technical assistance bench for a agency.• The Technical Assistance Bench is a multidisciplinary pool of subject matter experts — including professionals in real estate development, planning, architecture, engineering, finance, law, community engagement, and construction — engaged on an as–needed basis to provide individualized advisory support to program participants.• Program Goals– Build organizational and technical capacity among faith–based institutions.– Activate underutilized land and real estate assets for community benefit.– Create a pipeline of viable, implementable community development projects.– Facilitate strategic partnerships with developers, lenders, and public agencies.– Expand affordable housing and community–serving development opportunities.– Expand faith–based institution participation in community development.• Marketing and Recruitment– Objective: Build a strong, diverse cohort of participating faith–based institutions.– Develop outreach materials and a recruitment/marketing strategy.– Conduct information sessions for prospective participants.– Recruit faith–based institutions to apply to the cohort.
