(1) Vendor needs to provide district office renovation services to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Removal and disposal of existing laminate counter top, office furniture, and tile flooring. – The furnishing and installation of new quality vinyl tile & wall base/floor boards.– The furnishing and installation of 2 new electrical outlet receptacles.– The wiring of one light switch to be paired with another.– The furnishing and installation of a stone–type countertop.– The furnishing of paint and the painting of walls.– The furnishing, delivery and assembly of office furniture as specified in plans.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.
