ERP System NOPP

The Town of Okotoks intends to issue a Request for Proposals early July 2026 for ERP software and implementation services. This procurement is intended to support the replacement of aging core enterprise systems and establish a foundational platform for phased modernization across the organization. The immediate priority focuses on core financials, human resources and payroll, taxation, utility billing, and related enterprise capabilities, with room for future expansion over time. This is not an invitation for quotes or proposals, but an advance notice to inform potential proponents of an upcoming opportunity. Potential proponents may not contact Town staff or administration about this project during the procurement process. Questions may be submitted during the formal RFP process as detailed in the procurement documents. The Town’s current intention is for the project start date to be January 2027. Please monitor the Town’s Bids and Tenders Bidding Portal (https://okotoks.bidsandtenders.ca) for posting details. Registered plan takers on Bids and Tenders will also be sent a courtesy notification when the opportunity is posted. The Town is planning to host a Pre-Procurement Information Session on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m. MT. This optional session is intended to provide high-level context regarding the upcoming procurement process. The Town will allow proponents to provide general market feedback on matters such as timing, implementation capacity, and other high-level considerations that may help support procurement planning. This session is for information and market awareness purposes.
