(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management information system.• Provide a comprehensive Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) solution• Identify and document Risk Management and Agency Safety and Compliance use cases and workflows. Provide guidance to agency on how to improve current processes, build and optimize the selected solution.• Conduct a review to assess the deployment process, system performance, and user satisfaction.• Create a detailed log of all issues identified post–deployment, their status, and resolution actions.• The system should have an accident management lifecycle workflow which includes accident reporting to accident investigation and response conclusion.• The system should have a risk management lifecycle workflow which includes risk reporting to risk mitigation. • Risk management and agency safety and compliance departments aim to replace the existing RMIS and environment, health and safety (EHS) systems by implementing a modern solution.• Upgraded system will empower agency to efficiently manage, and track claims, lawsuits, and incidents related to Risk Management.• The system will maintain separate development and staging environments during the implementation phase and a live environment to migrate all configurations upon Go Live.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 4, 2026.
