ITES-10744 - USA (Rapid, South Dakota) - Integrated Terminal Technology Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated terminal technology service to the government authority located in Rapid, SD. – Provide a Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS), Common Use Self–Service (CUSS) kiosks, a Multi–User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS), including Gate Information Display System (GIDS) and Baggage Information Display System (BIDS) functionality, and a Digital Backwall Video Signage system in the passenger terminal building.– All systems shall operate on a secure, reliable, and redundant platform.– Encryption in transit and at rest for all data, including flight, passenger, and operational data.– Web–based, browser–compatible administration tools for system configuration and monitoring.– Role–based access controls (RBAC), with Granular Access Control (GAC) preferred.– Secure Remote Access: VPN or equivalent secure channel required for any remote management connection to Contractor or Airport systems.– Network Security: encrypted data transmission in transit and at rest, VLAN segmentation, and firewall management sufficient to isolate Airport operational technology systems from general IT and public–facing networks.(2) Pre–bid voluntary site visit will be held on August 10, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
