EXTRA-72596 - USA (Arlington, Virginia) - Family Partnership Meeting Facilitation Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide family partnership meeting facilitation services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA.• The FPM Facilitator must act as a neutral and impartial individual and must independently lead a group of family members, service providers, agency staff and community support through a solution–focused process that addresses risks to child safety.• The Facilitator must keep the group focused and moving through the decision–making process, allowing family members to actively participate and ensuring that the voices of parents and youth are heard.• The Facilitator must ensure that meeting activity respects each individual child and family’s cultural, ethnic and racial identity, religious/spiritual ascription, gender, physical abilities, cognitive functioning, education, sexual orientation, and communication needs.• The FPM Facilitator must meet with the County case worker connected to the family ahead of each meeting to identify any potential emotional or safety concerns that may impact the quality of the meeting.• The FPM Facilitator must work with the County staff member transcribing a post–meeting plan developed by the family to ensure that the plan is complete by the end of the meeting and available for the family to review.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
